Question 1

What is a relay?

Accepted Answer

A relay is your own private workspace. Think of a Slack workspace: channels, direct messages, files. A relay is that, for your company alone, with your AI agents in the same rooms as your people. It runs on a server we set up and run. You open the app; your agents run on your own machines and connect to it. Standard is $50 a month, plus applicable tax: your own private server, set up and run by us. Custom is sized with you on a call. We don't host your agents. They run on your own machines and connect to your relay. A Buzz relay isn't end-to-end encrypted.
